We
charge $35 or 10% of the firearm, whichever is greater. |
Legality:
It is your responsibility to
know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some items we
carry may be restricted in the
area where you live. You can only place an order if you agree to
and accept the following:
1. You are not prohibited from purchasing or
owning these products by any local, state, or federal laws
regarding your criminal background, drug use, domestic violence
protective orders, or other prohibitions. Firearms are only sent
to a licensed FFL dealer and you must have permission before
ordering. A federal
background check will be required when transferred.
2. You understand some of these items can be
dangerous when mis-used and you accept full responsibility and
liability for the safe use and storage of these items. All used
firearms must be certified safe by a licensed gunsmith before
using or firing.
Shipping Times:
1. We will ship all products within 1-2
business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may
take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order
you will know in the comments section when you check on your
order status.
2. Firearms ONLY ship to an FFL holder. If you do
not have an FFL (Federal Firearms License) then you must find one
in your area to do the transfer for you, and you must get their
permission first then enter their address as the shipping address
on your order.
Shipping Method:
Due to UPS requirements,
firearms
ship via 2 day delivery.
We will ONLY ship
within the continental United States.
Firearm Shipping
Restrictions:
California - Handguns must be approved by CA DOJ, C&R
handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder.
No assault rifles.
Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved
by MA DOJ, and C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not
direct to C&R holder.
Maryland - new handguns only allowed with fired case. All
post-1984 guns must be on MD DOJ list.
New York - new handguns only allowed with fired case, C&R
handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder,
No assault rifles.
New Jersey - All firearms are sent to FFL dealers only,
not directly to C&R holders.
Connecticut - Certain assault rifles are not allowed
please check local laws.
Illinois - FOID card for the buyer (customer, dealer, or
C&R holder) must be on file.
Washington DC - no firearms.
Warranties:
1. We offer a 30 day inspection period. After
30 days all sales are final. Be sure to fully inspect and
check your order within 30 days, if you find something wrong
after 30 days, we can no longer accept your return.
2. Your must call or email us for a return authorization
number before returning merchandise.
3. All goods must be returned in the same
condition they left in. You are responsible for all
shipping costs.
4. Some items have a manufacturers warranty and
must be returned to them directly.
