Shipping Times:

We will ship all products within 1-2 business days.  Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer.  If a situation arises that will delay your order you will know in the comments section when you check on your order status.

Shipping Method:

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS at the discretion of Body Security.  We will ONLY ship within the continental United States.

Shipping Damage:

Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control.  Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping.  In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier.  We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Warranties:

All products have a 30 DAY damage/defective exchange GUARANTEE!  The risk of loss of any item purchased from our site passes to the user upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns:

We should be notified no later than 14 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise.

Returns are accepted if you are dissatisfied with the merchandise or if the merchandise is defective.  However, our self defense DVD videos cannot be returned for a refund.  You may return these items for replacement only.  Also pepper spray cannot be returned if the package has been opened or tampered with.

All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser for returns, no call tags will be issued.  All returns must be preauthorized.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise without defects (no restocking fee on exchanges).  Items returned without contacting us for an RMA# and specific return instructions will NOT be accepted and sent back to you.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted if the merchandise was ordered less than 30 days ago or if merchandise was not mishandled by the purchaser.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.  There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement:

By purchasing any item sold by Body Security, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item.  It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sales of any items listed, illustrated or sold.  The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Body Security harmless for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State and Local laws or regulation.
