They’ll Never Know

Having been born an army brat, I lived in Germany for quite a few years. My father married a German, hence that was my first language. We didn’t have a car, therefore we used public transportation to go everywhere. We were always hopping on a bus or a train and running to catch the next. There was a very big mix of people amongst us as it seemed that the majority of the population used public transportation.

When my father passed away, my mom was left in Missouri in the middle of nowhere and she was never able to drive. Therefore, we told her to come to Florida with us so she could at least be able to hop on a bus and spend the day at the mall and not have to bother any neighbors to take her anywhere. Well, in Florida the majority of the population drives, therefore you don’t always have the best of passengers amongst you.

You bet, she is armed with a pepper spray ring that packs a powerful punch! It looks like a normal ring, therefore it’s extremely light weight and easy to carry everywhere with you without anyone ever knowing how powerful it really is. You just slide the lever down with your thumb and push the little button in to activate it. In most cases, the attacker will lose control of his faculties immediately. The spray causes inflammation of the eye capillaries and all other mucous membranes, resulting in immediate temporary visual impairment, difficulty breathing, choking, sneezing, coughing, severe burning sensations to the eyes, throat, nose and skin, also nausea, with discomfort and symptoms lasting about 45 minutes (there is no permanent damage).

Pepper Spray Ring

One of these would have saved the day for another woman in Florida when a man tried to steal her purse. He missed, and grabbed her groceries, threw a heavy bottle at her and kicked her while she was lying on the ground! Nobody deserves to have this happen to them, it’s just unfortunate that these things do happen. The only thing we can do is educate others about these things that are too much a reality in these bad economic times. Make sure yourself and your loved ones are always carrying some type of personal protection product.
